You can mark items as New, Like New, Good, Fair, or Poor to help buyers know what to expect.

Closeby connects buyers and sellers but doesn't process payments. You'll arrange payment directly with the other party when you meet to exchange the item.

Go to Edit Profile, enable 'Offer Services', then add your skills. You can set your rate per hour, per day, or per project for each service.

Yes, if you can't find your skill in the list, you can submit a request to add it. We review suggestions and add popular categories.

When someone requests your service, you'll receive a notification. You can accept or decline the booking. Once completed, either party can leave a review.

Yes, conversations are private between you and the other user. We support text messages and image/video sharing (images up to 10MB, videos up to 50MB).

Go to Edit Profile, scroll to the bottom, and tap 'Delete Account'. You'll need to type DELETE to confirm. This permanently removes all your data including listings, posts, messages, and uploaded images.
